At Dancer Farm, we encourage our guests to experience our own
Walkabout at Laurita Winery which includes miles of hiking and horseback
riding trails that are accessible from right behind the inn. Visitors
will find much pleasure in not only traversing the paths, but many fun
surprises also await the adventurer.

One of the many unique pleasures of visiting Dancer Farm Bed and Breakfast
Inn is to be able to leisurely tour the various other farms in the surrounding
area and partake of their food and events.
This pastime is definitely seasonal and therefore it is important to
check what farms and markets are open, and what they are offering, each
month.
The Walkabout at Laurita Winery
On-site walking and horseback riding trail systems through meadowlands,
woodlands, shrublands and vineyards. Learn about the local flora and
fauna. Inquire at check in for The Walkabout map and guide.
Standardbred Race Horse Stables and Training Facility
Watch the harness racers train and become acquainted with them and their
owners.
Bicycle Loops from Dancer Farm
Four of our own bicycle loops starting from the Farm - travel two different
6.5 mile loops, a 16.5 mile loop or an 18.3 mile loop. Bring your own
bicycle when visiting with us or we offer our own bikes for use by our
guests. Inquire when making a room reservation for reserving Dancer
Farm bicycles.
The Laurita Equestrian Center
Inquire about appointments for the following when making a room reservation
- advance notice is required:
Horseback riding for our guests is available on the Dancer Farm property
at our Laurita Equestrian Center. Both adult and children's riding lessons
are offered. We also offer trail riding for the more experienced rider
through our magnificent Walkabout at Laurita Winery.
One hour trail ride: $50 - includes 20 minutes in the ring demonstrating
ability.
Only 2 riders are permitted on a trail ride at the same time. Trail
rides are for experienced riders only.
Supervised one hour ring ride: $50 - all levels of riding ability are
welcome.
One hour lessons: $60 - all levels of riding ability are welcome.
1/2 hour lessons: $35
Western and English riding are both available.
Smooth soled boots are encouraged and helmets are required - helmets
are provided if needed.
